How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and ship from a warehouse in the United States. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Shipping is always free.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do solar lights charge?
Place the solar panel where it gets direct sunlight for most of the day. Many lights have an ON/OFF switch, so make sure it is ON before the first charge. Cloudy or short winter days mean shorter run time at night.
Will they work in winter?
Yes, but they charge less on short, cloudy days. For holiday displays, pick a sunny spot and clear snow off the panel.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to send it back.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number when the order ships. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), processed securely by PayPal. We never see your full card number.
