Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items ship from a warehouse in the United States and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Holidays and carrier delays can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it within 4 business days of ordering, write to us at [email protected].
Multiple packages
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Wrong address or lost package
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
